I am a big believer in “people and relationships first”. Through the relationships we build we can build the trust and partnership to create a work environment all of us want to be in, motivate our teams and build amazing experiences.

One of my biggest strengths as a Design Leader is bringing people together - from different roles and teams, and get people excited on the problem we are solving for, through brainstorms, design sprints, and of course crits.

I’m fully invested in growing my team members and always start from this question - “What did you do on the day you came home from work and said “this was the best day, I love my job!”. Ideally every day can be like that for all of us, by understanding what motivates designers, and where they want to grow we can match the work to both their strengths and growth opportunities.
